These changes are made according to the Usage gathered during the month of June after respective tier changes were made The tables can be seen here: (The cut-off point is 4.36%). Staying in Ubers Chansey: During the test ban the Tier Council has found that Chanseys presence was only hindering team-building within the tie, it was a very centralizing Pokemon as it was to good not to run. Special attackers are not dominating the tier which was the worry going into the test ban and with it gone the tier appears healthier as a whole. With that in mind it has been deemed appropriate to keep Chansey out of the tier and ban it to Ubers for its unhealthy characteristics Moving up from UU to BL, Testban Golem: Information sometime this week, I promise even if I have to try and stumble through it myself. Will last for up to two months before a decision on the ban will be finalized. Moving down from OU to UU Haunter: 3.25% usage in OU Moving down from UU to NU Donphan: 3.98% usage in UU Moving down from UU to NU Grumpig: 3.11% usage in UU SodaNaranja, notmudkip0, SirAlbert and 14 others 17 Link to comment
