OrangeManiac Posted June 18, 2017 Share Posted June 18, 2017 (edited) I think all Pikachus should be mixed, therefor Hasty or Naive is the best nature. It depends whether you want to run Thunderbolt or Volt Tackle as your main STAB move. I personally recommend Thunderbolt because Pikachu's base HP is so low that Volt Tackle is almost like a suicide. Therefor I recommend Hasty/Naive 252 speed 252 Sp. Atk with moves Thunderbolt, Extremespeed, Surf and Hidden Power of your choice, most likely Hidden Power Ice or Grass. (other options are Fake Out, Signal Meme, Substitute depending on the tier) Edit: Substitute, Reversal, Extremespeed, Thunderbolt is a possible moveset for Pika as well and for this moveset 252 Speed 252 Attack would be a better one.
