Item Finder Isnt Working!!!

Hey, i have a problem that is really annoying, My item finder isnt working, it only worked once (in the gym) but it's not working anywhere else, here is a screen: http://www.noelshack.com/2017-16-1492459548-camepetelescouillesputain.png

the item finder isn't working everywhere. You could try it at both snorlax spots in kanto.

 I know, i've tested in the Mimic Tutor's room, next to her computer (there is a nugget there) but i can't find it :/

I've only used it successfully 3 times:

 

1) Snorlax spot for the Leftovers (both of them)

2) Mr Fuji spot at pokemon tower for the Soothe bell

3) Giovanni spot at viridian's gym for the macho brace
