Dragon Tail(porbably also Circle Throw) - does not switch out opponent

Stealth Rock - does not deal dmg

Gyro Ball(and probably other moves with scaling power from speed/weight) - deal really little dmg (probably with power 1)

Flare Blitz - no recoil dmg

Gravity - does not increase acc

 

Magic Guard - does not protect from Life Orb dmg and Sand

 

and probably more but im not sure if you want every single move and what is not working there because you are probably aware that new moves/abilities are missing additional effects
