If it is possible they could send me the download of Photoshop CS6 in Portuguese and I teach to use the Photoshop can not be in youtube because I have very bad hearing and tbm I do not have a phone yet because I am going to buy logo

Its pretty okay for a first signature, I'd STRONGLY suggest lighting effects so it doesn't look 2 dimensional. The text could also have a drop shadow, and also either made bigger (if its in the middle of the signature) or placed somewhere along a corner. It also wouldn't hurt to do color corrections or brightness/saturation changes. Also what @Heimann said. Good luck on future signatures!
