LifeStyle Posted March 19, 2017 Share Posted March 19, 2017 It picks 2 IV's randomly and maxes them, then you can have 2 more max IV's if you brace them, the last 2 IV's are averaged like in any normal breed (example 6 attack with 14 attack you can get 6-10-14) Link to comment

Since you didn't use braces you left yourself with 2 chances to low roll and one of those 2 chances happened for your attack IV. Link to comment
