Ball Change System

A system that allows the player to change the ball where a pokemon was caught.  For example: You catch a wild comp charmander with an ultraball but whoops! you want it in a repeat ball or an honor ball because is aesthetic: You go to an npc that changes the ball by an amount of money say 10k or just buy an item such as the ability pill.
