At that point why not just make it a 12 tier season and have doubles 3 times. Having the same person play 3 times just goes against everything in the psl imo, being that it's a team game. I said I was fine with bo3 (would prefer not re thinking it, but still ok with it) but also changing the teams up just takes it too far, I don't want to see that kevola, ShadowGary, Mike and 1 other 4 Link to comment

Mike Posted January 15, 2017 Share Posted January 15, 2017 (edited) Why did bo3 doubles even come to mind? Because of vgc? Yeah vgc17 and pokemmo doubles are totally the same. Vgc games take maybe what, 7 mins tops on showdown. And even that is uncommon. Vgc is a 4v4 out of a 6 pokemon team, so a best of 3 makes sense in that tier cuz u can still "change" ur team. Doubles in this game takes way longer. Cant see team preview. Its 6v6. Gotta think of way more things. Bo3 shouldnt be a thing for doubles imo. Especially not with changing teams.
