Stuck in pressure pad area in the dungeon

there is a spot in the dungeon where u have to help eachother and open diffrent opening in a 4 way area, and me and Yettodie managed to get stuck, that is a problem, i am in the right side, he is in the upper side. my pad does not open anything whilst his 2 opens bottom and left one. legit need help from staff

I had the same problem but after we got past that part we got stuck on the starting area of that room after completing that part we jumped over a rail and had to go all the way back around now there's no way for us to get back.

We went through the secret tunnel after that room and basically both jumped over railing because we couldn't progress and we just ended up being stuck back there again.

Definitely needs to be fixed asap, also I feel like we need to be compensated for it because my group spent over 3 hours getting past that point for nothing.

Player 1 beat the bot from above and step on the button

Player 2 go to the yellow square

Player 1 step on the button again

Player 2 go up kill all bot and step on the button on the right

Player 1 go to the yellow square

Player 2 step on the button on the top left

Player 1 go down kill all bot and step on the button on the right

Player 2 go down to the yellow square again

Player 1 step on the button at the middle

Player 2 go to the right, kill all bot

Player 1 and Player 2 both step on the final button

2 cave entering appear
