Ye same thing happened to me, pokedex may have other stuff updated that isn't in the patch

didn't checked because I don't have it on my pokedex for some reason, but raichu isn't in the patch notes but still got the buff, so...

I think the only pokemon which did not receive stat buffs is a Magcargo but knowing @gbwead he already reported this incredibly frustrating bug

Raichu, Pidgeot are prob the only ones not listed that got buffs. I may be wrong but ill double check later.
