Update: Stuck in an airport really let's you have some free time for creativity.

• Fixed the color for @Kizhaz squad. Can't treat a LYLE bro with the Riga Red is Ded like I did Doc. 
• Added a third place matchup. @DoctorPBC suggested a pretty awesome way to sort out the 3rd place match that always turns into a bust: wynaut just have the managers fight? So that's what we're doing. Tiers for the playoff third place match include: Randoms, NU, and Doubles; as chosen by the two managers themselves. 
• Also, ties are the same as in the semifinals, best of three do-or-die match.
