Have to admit I didn't play PokeMMO for many months and just returned recently to play casually. So my memories are indeed from the pre hordes era.

Step 1: Farm as many leppas as you can

Step 2: Get donator satus (optional)

Step 3: Stay devoted and hunt for it

It's pretty likely to find another shiny, I found 4 without really hunting over the course of 3 years. Granted, I've been playing a lot and for a long time and have been extremely lucky at some point. But recently I tried shiny hunting with hordes and I found 4 shinies within a week. Again, I've been pretty lucky, but many people who try to find shinies using hordes succeed :)
