poliwrath can't learn rock slide

Since pokemmo follows moveset of latest gens, shouldn't poliwrath be able to lean rockslide from move tutor? It's unable to do so in the game.

Poliwrath has never been able to learn Rock Slide by tutoring - only by TM. As we don't have the TM for it, it can't learn the move.

Flareon has no fire fang

So the same could be said about many pokemon.

fire fang is a gen4 move

rock slide exist in gen3

This isn't the only scenario in which a pokemon suffers from needing a particular move  and so I thought I would bring up another viable move in which a poke would greatly benefit from a move that isn't implemented.
