Gluttonous Gulpin (November 12th)

Recommended Posts

The citizens of Slateport City and Mauville City are in an uproar. A horde of Gulpin has overtaken Route 110 between the two cities and is devouring everything in its path. These gluttons have even driven away most of the native Zigzagoon population. Many citizens are afraid to navigate the route for fear that they may be devoured as well. Both cities' mayors have put out an urgent call for help from all available Pokemon Trainers in the region to capture as many of the Gulpin as possible.

Central Africa Time

Unless there is some change that isn't reflected within the timezone maps, that appears to fall under GMT/UTC +1. We show times for EDT/EST, GMT/UTC/BST, and sometimes AEST/AEDT because those are major timezone areas. Using those makes it much easier for players around those timezones to convert to their local time. Unfortunately, there are a lot of timezones, for example, Russia has at least 4 just for them because they switch to Daylight Saving and never switched back. There are also a few timezones that are 15/30/45 increments, which are displayed in the map below. Please understand that we do not include every timezone in the conversion tables for simplicity. It is much easier for players to understand where they fall using major timezones like US Eastern and GMT/UTC/BST to display the event times than to add literally every timezone to the table.

If you observe the map I posted above, CAT falls under GMT +2 timezones, which is a rather large area. Please see my further explanation as to why we do not include every timezone.

I know that. I was just responding to your question about CAT. It's named Central Africa Time but yes, it's GMT +2 like I said previously ^^ We are saying the same thing ^^
