0 notmudkip0
Why take a step back and waste time spent on E4 Spoiler Oh and Politoed and Ninetales can't get those abilities yet. Link to comment
0 LordStifler
The Hidden Abilities in npc's would make the game more difficult, and I like it! Link to comment
0 Goku
I fought the E4 at lvl 100 and my lvl 100 Team consisted of perfect pokes for the job and I couldn't beat e4 at lvl 100. BS with that Link to comment
0 LordStifler
Currently E4 uses random teams, I think it would be easier / interesting to have a fixed teams. Link to comment

The teams are re-randomized after you beat them, if you lose and go back in they will keep the teams they had that you lost to. You can prepare for what beat you in your next attempt until you beat the entire set of them. Link to comment

The teambuilds themselves aren't actually random. Each Elite Four member has multiple custom teams, each built to be difficult to take down. One of these is chosen at random each time you face them, although as Munya has stated, they will remain the same if you lose a battle to give players a chance to counter them until they beat the champion. The teams you've created above aren't at all challenging, with most of them being easy to sweep with a single Pokemon. We don't want the Elite Four to be that easy to steamroll, which is why we've strayed from completely mono-type teams and instead incorporated Pokemon they've used in other games and media (Pokemon Stadium, B/W2, the anime, and various manga provide some canon type variety) along with some extra Pokemon that suit the character and help with their team's weaknesses where required. If anything, having this variety makes the Elite Four more interesting than if they had a single static team.
