Magnemite

Magnemite attaches itself to power lines to feed on electricity. If your house has a power outage, check your circuit breakers. You may find a large number of this Pokémon clinging to the breaker box.

Species Bonus: 3 points

Nature Bonus (10 points): Modest or Calm

 

Skarmory

Skarmory's steel wings become tattered and bashed in from repeated battles. Once a year, the battered wings grow back completely, restoring the cutting edges to their pristine state.

Species Bonus: 6 Points

Nature Bonus (10 points): Careful or Jolly

 

Mawile

Mawile’s huge jaws are actually steel horns that have been transformed. Its docile-looking face serves to lull its foe into letting down its guard. When the foe least expects it, Mawile chomps it with its gaping jaws.

Species Bonus: 7 Points

Nature Bonus (10 points): Adamant or Bold

 

Aron

Aron has a body of steel. With one all-out charge, this Pokémon can demolish even a heavy dump truck. The destroyed dump truck then becomes a handy meal for the Pokémon.

Nature Bonus (10 points): Impish or Jolly

Rules:

• To win this event you need to submit an entry that scores the highest. Points will be awarded to an entry through Species Bonus, the total sum of IVs and a Nature Bonus if applicable. 
• All Pokemon must have been caught within the event time. You will have one hour to catch your entry.
• Evolved or unevolved forms of the listed Pokemon will not be accepted as a valid entry.
• Pokemon must be the player's OT.
• You can only submit one Entry.
• You must link your entry to any staff member at New Mauville Power Plant, Channel 7 via whisper to submit your entry.
• In the event of a tie, the winner will be determined through earliest catch time.

Hidden power is available. Atleast from back when I still hosted them. If you wanted a specific HP the IVs will just be lowered from 31 to 30 and 25 to 24 in the stats necessary. If there wouldn't be the option to be hidden power it would say (No hidden power) next to the moves. @Noad pls confurm.

 

Edit: A little side note, automated officials dont have support for hidden power changers. Catching events/gimmick official prizes are spawned in by Squirtle, this is why you can customize your IVs.

You can select Hidden Power on this prize .... zzzz Frags plz have more faith in me. 

 

Also, as I've stated a gazillion times before, you guys getting Hidden Power in automated tournaments is something that the Developers of this game need to sort out. I've complained and argued for this to be fixed until I have been blue in the face. Short of coding it myself, which would most likely destroy the server, I cannot do more for the issue. At present I would imagine there are things taking priority, hence why we have been waiting a while. Let's just hope it's something that gets resolved soon!
