Rayquaza Encounter

Need to know, does the repel trick for legendaries still work ?

 

I just used 100 max repels, leading with a lv69 pokemon, and got no one encounter.

Means no Rayquaza for 25 000 steps :/

 

PS : Ye, Rayquaza was free when I did it.

Do realize that the encounter rate for Rayquaza is less than 1%

I knew that, but ... 100 max repels dude, 25k steps ..

Were you on a floor where you could encounter Pokemon? Some floors you cannot find Rayquaza.

i found rayquaza next 2 hour in a tower. ( last floor)

I used 50 at the top of the tower, and 50 in the 1st floor (Cuz I know someone got it here)

Sky Pillar wild pokemon are all around level 30, and Rayquaza is 100.

 

If you lead with a level 40-90 pokemon, and use a repel, the only encounter that will be possible is rayquaza.
