Is streaming PokeMMO on Twitch legal?

I was thinking about streaming this game on Twitch but I was wondering if that could get my Twitch account banned since this is not an official Pokemon game. What do you guys think?

Is there a Twitch section to stream it or not? Like can I choose the game from the list to show I'm streaming it?

people usually just list it as fire red/leaf green last i knew. I guess emerald could work now too.

There's ppl that stream mostly for fun, they don't care about being internet famous

The problem with streaming is that this is a free game that can run on the average toaster oven. So there's very little reason to watch opposed to playing. Unless it was like some famous person streaming or something which is always the obvious exception
