Well maybe they could give every new player a free potion in the mail that's something they could get from the PC lol.

This can potentially cause problems, so it's unlikely to happen.

 

A player travels from Hoenn to Kanto for the first time. They immediately withdraw their party Pokemon from their PC, unaware of the disobedience. They receive a starter, and it is transferred to their PC because their party is full. They then find themselves battling their rival's lv5 starter Pokemon and are forced to wait for it to struggle itself to death or relog.

 

This can also happen in Hoenn, but against a lv2 Zigzagoon instead.

Altho you're right it could be good if it could be unlocked after beating e4 or something, cause now with the new buffs to E4 is a pain when u lose/win and u get moved to pallet town without a single pokemon able to fly, so you have to go to viridian to be able to get a pokemon with fly and move

The loss part at least can be resolved by the player themselves by using Joy at the elite 4 areas before going in to battle the elite 4.  It will send you to the pokecenter there instead of wherever you last healed at..
