Oh yeesh....you leave this game for 4 years only to comeback and see the E4 has turned into stuff of nightmares.....although this guide looks great so far all it needs is for the last bits of info to be filled in but im defiantly going to use it once im in shape for those round three fights

So to beat the elite 4 u are gonna need a really good team, at least for round 2 and the ohers, so im gonna get stuck in this round forever T-T

Btw nice guide!

Well, once we fill in a lot of the gaps I'l start figuring out what Pokemon would be valuable to bring. Once we're at that stage I'm hoping it would be as easy as level up some 100s and sweep for days :>

  • Added Lance's teams
  • Minimal start on Blue's teams

Still need to fill in the missing gaps on the above. I need to finish up round 1/2(with levels). Hoenn will be started once Kanto is written.

any team recommendatios for a round 3 run?

Not right now, round 3 teams still need a bit of work.

Personally, for me I'v had Vaporeon do well, surf+ice beam+wish+prot one. I think DD pokes do good like ttar, mence, dnite etc. Gengar/Starmie are good choices, Jolteon also. Heracross can be great, CB and scarf. For the most part, the OP banned stuff will often do great. I'v not tried it, but I think a highly invested atk + sp def lax would also do good.

So I'v had to remove the spoilers containing the picture form of the movesets since I didn't expect so many teams and I'm sure I won't be able to fit so many spoilers/pictures all in one post. I was considering removing them anyway because when doing minor editing to movesets it's a bit of an hassle keep taking new pics and adding them as well as editing the written form.

I'v also retook all the pictures of the teams, they are renamed so they're a little more clear to see which team they are. I also reordered them to match how the teams written down are ordered. For example:  Instead of Team 3 -> Team 2 -> Team 1, it now goes Team 1 -> Team 2 -> Team 3.

Hopefully you lot can read it easier now.

Team 2 Lorelei:

Based on calcs, I'm pretty sure the Lapras is 252 hp, sp def Careful or somewhere close to that.

Team 2 Bruno:

Added ice punch to Machamp

Added a new team for Agatha(team 4).

Gengar, based on how it was played/calcs I'm giving a firm guess that's scarf but I'm not 100% on that.

So I made it to Rival in lvl 100 mode by using;

5x31 timid alak

4x31 bold blissey

4x31 + 1x30 HP Ice Timid Jolteon

5x31 adamant blaziken

4x31 bold vaporeon - wish

decent Modest Starmie

* all lvl 100 duh *

I used bunch of revives but I made couple of mistakes .... I am hoping to clear within the next 3-5 tries.
