The top three were separated by such a small margin that the order could have been almost flipped by a single extra judge~ Thank you to all who entered, now onto the results. First place: WolfgangDamien The judges loved the amount of attention to detail in this piece. It's clear that a lot of effort was put into the face and into researching the anatomy of snakes to bring us a beautiful and realistic entry. We felt that the entry was overall of very high quality and best fit the theme of the event, truly showcasing the poison typing. Congratulations! Second place: Moetal This entry absolutely oozes charm. A Pokemon often passed off as ugly and forgettable is suddenly made adorable. We loved the detail and shading, but felt that it didn't quite fit the theme as well as Damien's entry. A very high quality entry, congratulations on second place~ Honourable mention: Emlee This entry turned out quite adorable, coming in a close third place. The beauty of art is that it doesn't have to be highly detailed to be visually appealing, and Emlee's entry does a good job of showing that.
