Monthly Rewards in Ranked for everyone on the ladder

Hey guys.

so. i look at the top of the ladder

 

and then i look at my own rank

and I estimate it will take me like 200 or 300 games to make it anywhere near that top 16 for the top leaderboard tourney.

It's very discouraging as every match feels quite meaningless (getting BP aside).

 

I'd like to suggest that the same reward gets given at the end of the month for anyone in a certain range of rank# (basically like being bronze, silver, gold, diamond tier in league)

naturally, the higher the tier, better the reward. Sent by mail prob.

 

This promotes manageable goals and even people who don't think they will ever be #1, might play thinking "with 4 consecutive wins i can make it to silver".

everyone below 500 should get a reset back to 500 after each month, would give us a chance to climb back up

Considering there was once again only 14 players in the last leaderboard tournament, I think using this range of ranks could also be incredibly beneficial in order to allow everyone to participate. For instance, players with a high rank could start in round 2 or round 3 automatically while others would have to fight it off in round 1 like in regular tournaments.
