Generation 3 moves or other?

So I have a question, might have been asked before, but what moves are there, like,  up to generation 3 or higher? For example can pokemons learn moves from generations 4 or 5?

only moves upto gen3 are implemented.

As Bishav stated, the moves that are in here are from Gen-3 (FR/LG R/S/E.) The learnsets which are in here, though, are from Gens 4-6. (For example, Arcanine with Outrage.)
