Havent played since 2014ish and I am very lost.

I have not played Pokemmo since maybe 2014 and its pretty obvious some things have changed and I'm totally lost. I don't know where else to post these questions so excuse me if I am in the wrong area or if they have been answered before I just have a LOT of questions. First off, How in the world do I fly to another town? I click fly the town map comes up and I go to the town I want and cannot figure out for the life of me how to actually go to that town. Not enter, Not shift, not tab, not x, not f, not z, not double clicking with the mouse. I just can't figure it out. Secondly, Where is my bike? Do I have to get it all over again?? I don't see it in the key items. Third, How do I change hotkeys or even look at hotkeys for that matter? I know in the past there was a settings thing but I don't see that in the current settings anymore. Fourth, Why are some of my pokemon in my pc greyed out or dulled than the rest? most of the ones that are are around lvl 40s but some aren't. Fifth and probably final, Why are there suddenly LESS character customization options? like I had some weird spiky hair and now all I can have is some pigtails, ponytails, a bob, and normal long hair? Seems like a downgrade to me.

1. don't really understand the question, open the map and press z on the place of the map to fly to the place

2. your bike should be in your bag unless you change region

3. you can set items to hot keys while your bag is open/ to change hot keys go to settings and controls

4. grey out probably means wont obey you as too high level

5. developers' decision

You went to a different region than the one you started in. You must progress through the storyline there (yes, basically a whole different game), until you make it to slateport/vermillion (depending on the region). Once you travel back to your original region, you will find everything that appears to have gone missing. Or, you can continue in the region you are currently in, and you will eventually obtain every key item that you had in the other region.

Gilan, wasn't there a update where Mom can send you back to region after choosing a starter? I haven't tested it yet though.
