Denied Berries that reduce level by 1

Nice idea for the players of Battle frontier. ^^

It would break stuff such as evolutions and move learning.

I do not see this happening and I'm pretty sure similar sugestions have been denied in the past.

things like this have been suggested about a million times in the past and turned down. also there's hardly any reason for it at this point with level scaling for tournament mode.

Except the Battle Frontier (which is much less relevant now that we can get BP from Matchmaking). On that note, allowing us to scale down in the Frontier would solve this problem, further removing any need to reduce level aside from personal preferences.

Reduce level berries aint gonna fly but level scaling in battle frontier could be nice ^^

This will not be happening. As stated this has been brought up before as well as de evolution items. The problems with these items is that they introduce unobtainable movesets onto Pokemon that cannot learn those moves in the case of de evolution, or just having Pokemon that simply cannot be obtained through normal means.
