Explanation:

1. All Pokemon must hold either Choice Band, Special Choice band, Swift Choice Band, or nothing.

2. A Pokemon that is not holding an item is only allowed to use a single move until it switches, the same as if it were holding a Choice Band.

3. The moves THIEF, COVET, TRICK, KNOCK OFF, TORMENT, DISABLE may not be used in this tournament.

Notes: 

• After your match has been called, do not start battling until asked to by the staff running the event.
• Disconnecting during a match whill result in a DQ.
• Do not block the Staff running the Event. If you disregard requests for you to unblock staff members then you will be disqualified.
• Once your match is called you will have 10 minutes to report to the table. No time extensions will be given.
• Tournament mode must be used for all battles.
