Anyways, in both of our houses we got computers, so I think we should at least be able to use mail and some other things. :)

This would be good for tournaments in pallet town.

On paper this sounds like an okay suggestion, but it poses some problems. If players can withdraw a full party of Pokemon or claim them from the mail before they get their starter, they can end up in a stall battle with the wild Zigzagoon or their rival's starter. Players generally don't expect their Pokemon to disobey them at the start of a new region.

 

With that being said, this suggestion won't be implemented. It applies only a minor convenience in exchange for a huge annoyance for players stuck in the above situation.
