Team Rocket's Recruitment Drive (Sunday 24th April)

Explanation

You have been invited to attend Team Rocket's Recruitment Drive. Prove your worth as a trainer by bringing along the strongest Pokemon you can find to impress the Executives. However, there are only a few Pokemon available in Kanto that are suitable for a trainee Grunt like yourself, you can find a list of them below. You will have one hour to catch one of these Pokemon and link the most impressive one to an available staff member. The trainer that achieves the highest score with their wild catch will be named Team Rocket's star pupil and will be awarded generously!

Scoring

The following Pokemon will be accepted as a valid entry in this event:

Koffing

A reliable decoy, able to temporarily incapacitate the target with it's poisonous gas clouds.

Species Bonus: 15 points

Nature Bonus (10 points): Bold

 

Ekans

A useful serpent who can deliver a hazardous bite to our foes.

Species Bonus: 12 points 

Nature Bonus (10 points): Hasty

 

Sandshrew

A must needed minion for digging our way out of dangerous situations. 

Species Bonus: 10 Points

Nature Bonus (10 Points): Adamant

 

Raticate

A handy battle companion to intimidate our enemies.

Species Bonus: 6 Points

Nature Bonus (10 Points): Jolly

 

Meowth

Always the loyal partner, it uses its sly and cunning nature to make us rich.

Species Bonus: 5 Points

Nature Bonus (10 Points): Sassy

 

Zubat

A great navigator for those dark passages in our cave hideouts.

Species Bonus: 3 Points

Nature Bonus (10 Points): Timid

 

1st Place Prize:

Shiny GIFT Meowth

Your choice of nature, two moves, with IVs 2x31 and 4x25

AND

1,000,000 Pokeyen OR 1000 Reward Points

 

2nd Place Prize:

500,000 Pokeyen OR 500 Reward Points

 

3rd Place Prize:

300,000 Pokeyen OR 300 Reward Points

 

4th Place Prize:

200,000 Pokeyen OR 200 Reward Points

 

Rules

• To win this event you need to submit an entry that scores the highest. Points will be awarded to an entry through Species Bonus, the total sum of IVs and a Nature Bonus if applicable. 
• All Pokemon must have been caught within the event time. You will have one hour to catch your entry.
• Evolved or unevolved forms of the listed Pokemon will not be accepted as a valid entry.
• Pokemon must be the player's OT.
• Pokemon must be caught in the Kanto region. 
• You can only submit one Entry.
• You must link your entry to any staff member in Celadon Casino, Channel 7 via whisper to submit your entry.
• In the event of a tie, the winner will be determined through earliest catch time.

Well to be completely honest, I just picked 6 Pokemon from a list that I had of Pokemon that Team Rocket use in Fire Red. I hope I didn't offend the Grimer lovers out there D:. Perhaps I will make a special event about Grimer in the future to make up for it.  ^_^
