Cape brink shares hp with sp.att, and tops 10 sp. Att per encounter, and its really near PC and doesn't need to use repel.

Indeed magma hideout, couldnt think of the name, wasnt aware of the gloriousness of cape brink yet, i might convert to the Uncandango religion.

what's the best spot for atk?

I Think the "best" spot for attack is Treasure Beach.

It's an OK, not really good.

 

But if you need ATT + SPEED, then Treasure Beach is really good. (just avoid tangela, kill solrock, meowth/persian, spearow/fearow)

My sources say pokemon tower is really good for SpA, even if there are some cubones involved you get the heling spot 1 step away o-o

just tested, doesnt look as good tbh

4 3x cubone
1 3x gastly

 

ugly bunch of cubones in the healing floor

maybe if you are training the lead its good, but for a switching method there are better options

if you bring ethers/leppa berries, lost cave on island 5 is insanely good for special sweepers. Hordes are either 5xgolbat or 5xgastly/haunter mix

I'm replacing Razor Leaf with Surf (95 power and 100% acc, razor leaf may leave some grav/geodude alive due to 95% acc and i may get SELF-DESTRUCTED), and going to Earthquake everything i don't have a 2x move.

That is all we need, i tried 95% acc moves and 90% moves and its a pain to miss some pokemon and have to attack again...

Even a 95% acc i was missing a hit every 2 horde

About compoundeyes:

A move with a theoretical accuracy of 77% or higher will have its accuracy set to 100% (77% x 1.3 = 100.1%)

 

Your air cutter can join the fun horde killing.

Update 4/4/16:

• A good number of new areas have been updated.
• Added a list of multi-hit moves.
• Best spots identified for each stat.
• Reformatted the location alphabetically.

Looking for the few remaining areas to be tested. Special emphasis should be put on finding a place with consistent ATK EVs (5+ EVs per battle, exclusively ATK).
