I always knew of "Gary" or the rival this is based on as "Green" while blue was the female PC you can play and red the male PC.

I guess your version works for the original games tho. (red blue yellow).

On the other hand are RP prices not common anymore? I mean they were an option but they seem to have been removed as choice for atleast catching events. (I guess everybody chooses the $$$)

Where do we even catch a raticate like that.
I don't know any cool place to find one like that. They're usually rare.
Rattatas are common but raticates..
Looking nice tho will try to participate :)

Your Pokedex has a list of where they can be found. They are common or uncommon. Raticate are not rare at all.

I wonder about the time, that is 21hours more from now, or the next day...

There is a time conversion showing you the conversion from Eastern time to UTC. From there you should add or subtract your current offset from UTC. For example, if you live on the West coast of the US this event will take place at 5pm tomorrow. If you live in London then event will be at 1am on April 1 due to London observing Daylight Saving Time.

One Question,
does only the IV's matter or
has this raticate to be lonely and male and good IV's ?

Ivs only matter for scoring. However in order to be entered the Raticate must be male and have a lonely nature. No other natures or gender will be accepted. If there is a tie it will be broken by capture time.
