Change Pokémon after I defeated an opponent

Hello, i am new to PokeMMO and I got a question.
Is it possible to get asked if I want to change my Pokémon after I defeated an opponent Pokémon?

It is very annoying to change your Pokémon during a fight.

Yes, in the original game u can change poke when u defeat one poke, but u only play with NPC. Here the competitive is really hard, and if u can change poke when u defeat poke, the first trainer atacking and defeating a poke  wins the match sure. This is no pokemon, is pokeMMO and this is the best way for do really interesting battles :D 

 

PD: you can change poke in any time of the battle.

It's just annoying that you can't beat the E4 Realy Easily, But i still say, that they should change the feature that you can do this (Only Npc Battles Of Course.)

I just don't understand how people struggle against the AI in any pokemon game. All it takes is grinding and coverage. You don't need any strategy, mind games, nothing lol just use a super efffective attack
