You guys should check out Phantom: Requiem for the Phantom. It's about a guy who was living a normal life but then ended up becoming an assassin, working for a certain company. He tries to save this one grill from his and her current lifestyle. I'm not really good with descriptions, but it reminds me of Darker than Black sort of, minus the supernatural powers.

I think i have seen it way way way before isn't about the girl and boy who are masked and shoot while running or something xD
