Not sure what you mean, but it's confirmed that no NEW megas will be realeased, but old ones are still aviable someway

Ash-greninja is like a fusion between trainer and pokemon so i think if they will implement this and the trainer fuse with pokemon

it will not looks like Ash-greninja example: trainer fuses with greninja it will get characteristics from trainer and its name.
