If you can't make a game app thing 

why not just the forums app?

 

so I dont have to go to chrome and then to forums.pokemmo.eu

I can just hit the app and sign into the app and get notifications like any other app when I get mail and other notifications

 

...ya know cuz it makes my life easier

The forums already has a mobile version though. Its not hard to leave a tab open on chrome and click it

But my phone doesn't get notifications then when there are notifications on the forums which I think is the most important part

...and cuz im too lazy too keep it open

It's possible it has changed in the ~3 years since I asked about this, but this forum won't work on (most/all of) those (iirc security concerns or something).

You can set it up with an email to recieve notifications via email then have the email update you, it gets messy fast though but it works, used it for quite a while.

There is an app for IP Boards forums, (atleast for iOS) believe the name is something like IP Buddy or IPB Buddy. Just search for IP boards on the App Store.
