I love Umberon(Dark type) the black and yellow Eevee. I like the newer(last version I played) Glaceon(Ice type) because of coolness.

 

Where to find wild eevees and the stones for eevees? Dark stone and ice stone?

Level up your eevee at night when it's happiness is 87% or above to get Umbreon (Eevee dark pokemon). (Espeon is morning, the Psychic type)

 

We don't have Glaceon (eevee Ice)

 

We also don't have electivire. We only have Electabuzz

Electabuzz location is:

 

Powerplant

Grass: Voltorb, Magnemite, Magneton, Pikachu, Electabuzz

 

As for the Stones, they are sold in Celadon Departmentstore 4th floor, water, thunder, fire, and leaf stones

@AppleJacks, just you know the pokemmo is on Gen 3, that means all pokemons above gen 3 aren't available.

If new pokemons are added, it would be announced.

Or PM any of mods if you have some questions.

Eevee can only evolve to Umbreon if it has 87% or more happiness and level up during night. You can see happiness in eevee's stats. 

It's only way to do this.
