[Denied] Democratic Staff Election.

If it isn't obvious from the title already;
I am suggesting that perhaps staff should let their Moderators be elected through proper elections.Candidates would volunteer and the person with maximum votes would get the job.

Also if the idea of candidates stepping up does not seem convenient to the top-staff ,you guys should at-least name the people ya'll wanna give a chance to and then people can have a discussion about it and select the best person from your hand-picked candidates.

 

No hate to your current recruitment procedure,but just an idea which just might help the community by letting em decide their representatives.

And since candidates would be elected democratically,procedure for their impeachment should be there too in case their performance is voted to be poor.
You guys can even appoint an election committee to regulate the elections....so many possibilities.
Just think about it.......

No. Its a horrible idea. This is what ruined about 7 MMO's ive been with for years. They let troll's run rampant a hundred troll's vote for troll and troll gets elected. Then said troll abuses unearned priviledges and ruined the game for everyone who doesn't agree with them.

We have enough staff as it is.

Pretty sure that covers it. If it's like that, then only people approved by the staff would have a chance at being elected.

This wont be happening, staff recruitment is decided on suitability not popularity.
