Move Tutor Relearner in Hoenn = deepseascales accepted

I know that people who hunt for shards have one common complaint, we have TOO MANY deepseascales. I have a suggestion for those people, why not do what we did in Kanto and accept two items instead of one. Like in Kanto how he accepts both tiny and big mushrooms, we can apply this in Hoenn as well. Have the move tutor require either 1 Heart Scale or 5 DeepSeaScales. Now shard hunters won't be complaining so much about scales, they would probably look forward to acquiring them.

I think one Heart scale is enough since the rate was lowered a few months ago, but 5 Deep sea scales would be fine since everyone who has been farming shards is sitting on many anyway. Other than that I agree with the idea

I am not complaining, I think there should be one heart scale as well, or increase the rate for receiving one. I am glad you agree with my suggestion.
