As soon as I think Lapras, I either think of a staller, a perish trapper, or even a Dragon Dancer (thanks to it getting waterfall). Lapras is so predictable, I can run laps with it and run something with t-bolt (there are a lot of pokemon that can learn t-bolt). Cressman 1 Link to comment
