Gravatar automaticly makes the image the desired size for each webiste, cannot say what it is by deafault. We might have more art like this in the future, with "bigger" size, so can get more creative.

Animated avatars are not available on the forums, so I'm afraid the entries cannot be animated.

Its like this: 

We have 4 Staff members, from the submissions the Judges will pick the best one for each Staff member, and they will have to use it for a minimun of 1 month. 

And then, from that 4 winning avatars, we wll pick two: one who gets the first prize and another who gets the second prize.

Was I clear? I feel like this was really hard to explain.
