PokeJim
From what I've gathered, traveling from Kanto to Hoenn (or vice versa) has the following effects: -Your party gets removed and put on the PC, but you can get it back as soon as you get to the second city -Badges you've won in the first region have no effect in the new region, so you can't use HM moves until you get the proper badges in the second region -You can't go back to your first region until you collect 4 badges in the new region, regardless of how far you were in the original region Is that right? Some questions: Is it true that your key items and HMs disappear while you're in a different region from the one you got them in? Since you get to keep your mons, does that mean that the gym leaders and other NPCs of a region will have higher levels if it's your second region? Or they keep the same party and levels, meaning that you'll be easily stomping everything? Thank you Link to comment

Thank you 1. no you can get your pokemons back when you have the right badge. meaning that when you have a badge that would allow you to use a level 40 pokemon you can use said level 40 pokemon 2. correct 3. correct your key items/HMs wont dissapear just will be useless unless again you have the right badge to use HMs or got for example your bike No. seeing as you can only use higher leveled pokemon when you have the right badge, levels of gym leader wont be different PokeJim 1 Link to comment

Kizhaz
Actually iirc the most recent update made it so you can travel between regions with 4 badges from either region. Your high lv pokemon will disobey until you collect the necsesary badges PokeJim 1 Link to comment

But because you cant control it its kinda useless. lolwut? If I were the alt of an old player, why would I need to ask this? because you are so ashamed of your lack in knowledge that you had to create an alt hoping no one would notice. If only your imagination in names wasnt horrible you might would've succeeded... Link to comment

Actually the dorky name is because I quickly created this account just to ask questions about the game, as I didn't have an account. Link to comment

nelsonlee2001
how do you go to the other regions just a question? For Kanto, get to the dock of S.S Anne at Vermilion City and talk to the sailor at the first row. For Hoenn, talk to a lady next to the right of the other at Slateport Harbor at the Slateport City.
