Here is my second GUI edit, I plan on bringing variety with a different pallete for every Pokemon.

To  Activate, open up [PokeMMO] ---> [data] ---> [themes] ---> place the downloaded "Skitty Theme (Nyas)" folder along with the one inside.

Been awhile since I checked on newer themes, glad I did. The PrettySkitties Approve

 

EDIT: I love the theme, and the only criticism I'd offer is this-The rest of the UI seems drab and kinda blah. Is there any way you can expand the cuteness to the chatbox, menu buttons, etc?

I've been looking into it, but apparently, it involves tinkering a bit with the coding. Not really my field of expertise, I will be looking looking into it for the future though.
