What are those?

-IV's

IV's (Abbrevation for Indual Values) are the equivalent of pokemon gens.

-EV's

EV's (Abbrevation for Effor Values) are attributes which give bonuses to an individual Pokèmon's stats that you get by defeating a Pokèmon.

-Nature

Natures are the mechanic that influence how a Pokémon's stats grow.

How do they influence your Pokèmon's stats?

-IV's

Individual Values boost all six stats of your Pokèmon by a range that goes from 0 to 31 and only apply to your stats at LVL 100. (Before generation III, the range was 0-15.)

EXAMPLE:

If you have a pokèmon which has 300 HP and 0 HP IV, at level 100 its HP remain 300.

If you have a pokèmon which has 300 HP and 31 HP IV, at level 100 its HP go up to 331.

Same thing happens with the other five stats.

Implying you have a 6x31 pokèmon, you get a total of 6 times 31 points. (186)

-EV's

Effort Values boost a certain stat which depends on the Pokèmon you defeated for a total of 510 points.

A single stat can only have up to 252 points, your overall stats get a +1 for each 4 EV's. (252/4)

EXAMPLE:

If you have a pokèmon which has 200 ATK and 0 ATK EV, its attack remains 200.

If you have a pokèmon which has 200 ATK and 252 ATK EV. its attack is (252/4) 263.

-Nature

Natures give a +10% in a certain stat and a -10% in another, although, natures do not give a boost on your Pokèmon's HP.

EXAMPLE:

If you have a pokèmon which has 100 DEF and a nature that increases its DEF (+10%), its defense goes up to 110. (10% higher.)

If you have a pokèmon which has 100 DEF and a nature that decreases its DEF (-10%), its defense goes down to 90. (10% lower.)

If you have a pokèmon which has 100 DEF and a nature that does nothing to its DEF, its defense remains the same.

How do you get those?

-IV's

The Individual Values of your Pokèmon are already been chosen by the RNG God (Random Numbers Generator) when:

-You catch a pokèmon.

-An NPC trades to you his pokèmon.

-You hatch an egg.

You can get a 6x31 Pokèmon (Or a 31 IV in the stats you care about) by breeding, check out this perfect guide by Gilan: https://forums.pokemmo.eu/index.php?/topic/49440-the-new-breeding-guide/

-EV's

As I said before, you can get Effort Values by defeating a certain Pokèmon which can give from a +1 to a +3.

If you want to know which Pokèmon gives a to the stat you're looking for, check out this guide by YagamiNoir: https://forums.pokemmo.eu/index.php?/topic/49902-the-art-of-swift-ev-training-the-devils-guide-to-eving-hoenn-and-kanto-spots-included/

Notice that your Pokèmon can get EV's without being level 100.

-Nature

Here happens what happened to IV's, the nature of your Pokèmon has already been chosen by the RNG God when:

-You catch a pokèmon.

-An NPC trades to you his pokèmon.

-You hatch an egg.

The only way of getting the nature you want is by breeding with an Everstone.

Again, you can figure it out by reading the guide made by Gilan: https://forums.pokemmo.eu/index.php?/topic/49440-the-new-breeding-guide/ .

A single stat can only have up to 255 points, although, your overall stats get a +1 for each 4 EV's so, 252 points is what you might eventually want to go for

It's 252 now, can't go past that

^ Thanks for that information I haven't heard of.
