Replace the VS Seeker's 'X' with a timer

Intro:

As of now, the VS Seeker displays an 'X' over a trainer's head when they are on cooldown. This is very vague and gives players no information on when their rematch will be available. I suggest that we replace that 'X' with a timer, similar to the Elite Four's timer.

 

Pros and Cons:

Pros:

• New players will ask less questions regarding the VS Seeker ("I walked 100 steps, why can't I rematch?")
• This information is already held on the server, how else would it know when rematches are available?
• It gives players more information and makes planning easier for them
• It's a cleaner ui element overall

Cons:

• I'm not entirely sure, but I'll edit this if any are brought up

This is a really good idea! I would really like this to happen, the only cons I can think of is really 

 

1. Repetitively checking the game to see cooldown. (Kind of an annoyance to check repeatedly and see its not available yet.) *In my opinion*
