You can still make money with alt runs even after this update in implemented, but I'm thinking placing the TM's in the game corner could mean less incentive for players to do alt runs. So it seems like PP Max is going to up in price to like 60k-75k to me (speculation). I propose for PP max to be placed in game corner with the TM's for 50k dollars or so along with other items normally needed from alt run. Or maybe make PP Max obtainable in wild somehow? Wynaut?
