I mainly hang around channel 1, and you'll mostly find me around Lavender Town as I'm hunting shiny Growlithe (I hope I'm not considered a bot cause I've been running back and forth all day...). Bad news for you [spoiler] The game ACTUALLY decreases your chances of finding shinies based on how you play the game. Yes, only decreases. Acting "Like a bot" is one of those things that will fuck up your shiny ratio (and NO, this isn't a joke).
