If your not running sig beam or hp ice, this is the go to mon to wall. Volt, Brick, Surf, Exspeed. Imo Bello/Clay can come in. Just my thoughts. What you say about pikachu and its counters could be applicable to other pokemons that can be build physical, special and mixed sweeper/wallbreaker. Link to comment
