Let's just wait until every game turns back into dugstall and dugtrapping the opposing chansey after first offensive bans.

Yeah dugtrio was banned actually because it could trap and revenge kill offense too easily but that was a problem because chansey paired with dugtrio was too good because it could take all of chansey's counter and then with chansey you could wall to the death your opponent. But I still don't know, it would have to be discussed

Now that chansey is banned, how about unbanning dugtrio? I think it would fit in the meta pretty well.

Dugtrio still traps the relevant special walls (porygon/umbreon) and can also trap pretty much some of the biggest offensive threats like magneton, blaziken, heracross, metagross, etc. Not much has really changed in terms of what dugtrio does. If being able to trap chansey was what made it overpowered, then trapinch/diglett would have been booted as well, but that isn't the case.

Doesn't Pory2 threaten it a lot with Ice Beam?

I do agree with pretty much everything you said though, having a Pokemon that can revenge kill a huge number of threats (such as Blaziken, Metagross, Heracross, Magneton, Venusaur (if weakened), Alakazam, Starmie and Jolteon (if Dugtrio's uses swift band), Sceptile, Breloom, etc) seems pretty unhealthy for a metagame that lacks team preview.

Dugtrio can't really afford to switch in to chansey either, as it will mess up the sub+reversal strategy, so regardless of the special wall, it generally needs to come in on a double predict or on a recovery move from the wall.

Doesn't worth discussing nothing right now.

Imo, the OU meta right now is pretty versatile and diverse. and if is there any changes would be pretty temporary until 5gen comes out.

Let's just wait and see if "anything becomes unhealth".

(Poor english as always).
