Example : 

Parent X have the Nature needed                                :  25 31 31 31 31 31 iv

Parent Y have the IV needed for average of certain iv :  28 30 31 31 31 31 iv

The IV the breeder want is either : 

odd/30/31/31/31/31 

odd/31/31/31/31/31

 

To get an odd hp he can use hp brace for parent X but he can't since he need the nature of parent X.

To get an odd hp he cannot rely on average iv of parent X and parent Y since the median will be 26.

This is where he use Not-Pass-IV brace, he put HP Not-Pass-IV brace on parent Y and boom he get 25 hp from parent X.

 

Pros :

-Easier hp breeding (is hard as fuark)

-Less grinding to make a good comp (yea boiiiiiiiiiii)

-Will be faster to make a good comp

ah yea, tho yours are a bit diffrent since mine are for not passing iv instead of becoming average :p

I like this a lot, it seems to be a very balanced way to keep something you REALLY dont want to pass from passing. I think if you double the price of it compared to the other braces, it would be worth implementing.
