Dropped some much needed poundage from 188 to 179 over the course of two weeks. Can already feeling the athleticism flowing back into my old bones. Diet is a lot healthier. Cut out refined carbs and sugars (excluding Friday night, that pizza was dank).

Aight 2018, let's get real. My knee is a crinkly POS and so I can't play ball the way I used to, but I guess I can still look good doing it. Time to get real. 

 

My Goals for the Year:

  • 1000lbs Club (Able to lift 1000lbs cumulatively between Bench Press, Deadlift, and Squat)
    • 230 Bench Press
    • 405 Deadlift
    • 365 Squat
  • Weight: 175lbs
  • Diet Changes
    • No Soda Pop 
    • Limit Carbohydrates
    • One Cheat Meal per Week
  • Consistently be able to do Double-Unders like my boy @raaidn
  • Run a Full Marathon

Good Shit JJ, I set some goals for myself as well.

 

  • Weight: 155 lbs, goal is to reach 165 lbs by the end of the year
  • Start going to the gym regularly again once my shoulder feels better ( fucked up my rotator cuff a couple months back)
  • Eat more in general, limit the amount of soda I drink
  • 100 push ups Daily for the whole year ( just finished today's, this is gonna be fun...)
  • Have my body ready for a firefighter Calendar photo shoot
