Went to the gym today, had bad form on one rep of my Squat. Now I feel it in my lower back, nothing bad though. Stretched it a bit and now keeping it warm with a cherry pit sack. It's exam week so I'm happy I can get some workouts in, in between studynig and making exams. About ten days away from updating my stats here too hehe
